Lynell Coston
Youth Development Advocate & Mentor
Through positive leadership, accountability, direction and discipline, we will provide the youth of our program with the tools they need to thrive & excel in every area of their lives.
Employment Counselor & Career Specialist
As the Employment Counselor & Career Specialist, it is my job to match our clients with the appropriate careers that will allow them to demonstrate their skills, work their passion, as well as fulfill their individual purpose.

show TOTAL dedication, commitment, honesty, and personal growth & development in every area of their lives. Here at GPOWC, Inc. we shall attack core issues and circumstances in one's life that are vital to his/her personal growth and success. It is the continual vision and mission of GPOWC, Inc to unveil and unmask each program participant that comes through our doors in hopes that each individual would grab a hold of their purpose and discover their self worth and in return positively redefine who they are and what they have to offer.
